When I’m at work I often take leftovers from the previous evening’s dinner to heat up or I buy a sandwich in a shop.
Once or twice a week I’ll have lunch in a restaurant close to my workplace ( there are many in a close radius ). If time isn’t an issue I’ll order a la carte but if in a rush many establishments have a dish of the day formula. They are generally good value for money and fast to serve.
Straightforward and satisfying.
When off from work or on vacation all bets are off, I don’t have fixed habits. Altough I do enjoy Sundays with either a full English breakfast or a Belgian style brunch.
